Woke up to light snow and very little wind in Nozawa this morning. As with most weekends the Tokyo crowds were rolling in early and all eager to get up the slopes and enjoy the great conditions.
Yesterday was a fantastic day with snow falling most of the day, just enough to keep everything fresh for today. Good snow conditions are to be found all around the mountain, and the sun is scheduled to be shining periodically this afternoon. There are no excuses not go out today.
This week marks the arrival of the month of March and by the look of it some good snow days ahead. The medium range forecast looks indeed quite promising at the moment. We will keep you well informed about the situation but for the moment you just need to enjoy the pleasant weather we are blessed with for the Weekend.
